Studies show that you are more happy and in tune with yourself if you get at least 30 minutes a day. I train for cross country. I run at least 4 miles a day depending on if I'm doing hills or maybe a recovery run. My off days are Saturday and Sunday. If you get at least 30 minutes a day (or at least try) sign your name below. I get exercise for about 8-12 hours every day. No official job but I'm an all rounder for things. Usually tend to work on jobs with lots of manual labour. Right now I'm cutting and hauling firewood with a friend. I'll be doing that for at least another month. If I can be arsed for it I take walks at night on a consistent basis, usually about an hour long.
