What ever happened to propaganda like this? Propaganda that fueled the people's desire to oppose the forces of evil at play in our modern world. When did America become so apathetic to the world around us? When did America begin routing for the enemy team? When did we start acting empathetic towards those who would see us annihilated?
Take Iran for example. They chant 'death to America' and yet we still have the audacity to try and negotiate with them! Foolery!
^Death to America
Imagine, a Disney short depicting the brutality and evil nature of enemies like ISIS. Wouldn't that be something? Of course it'll never happen, because instead of pointing out, clearly, the distinct moral differences between us and our enemies, we pussy-foot around the truth and try to distort it.
Even now, people claim that this Disney short (in particular) is wrong. As if pointing out the horrors of nazism was wrong. I'm so sick of our society being filled with daft twats! If I had it my way, companies in the film industry wouldn't hesitate to put out 'anti-anti-american' (yes, two anti's) film. Political correctness is a cancer. And many people, even here in the Flood, are guilty of spreading it.

Just felt like getting that off my chest. Feel free to act all self-righteous and preachy. 'Oh! Well I don't believe in propaganda! It's baaaAAAaaaAAAd...'

Those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it. Edmund Burke nationalism is almost as bad as religious fevors. Both tend to do irrational and harmful things in the name of an idea that fades with time. America probably has some of the most boastful and national pride (verbally atleast) than any other country IMO. We don't need to turn the propaganda wheels any further. I'm guessing you haven't read 1984?
