It's probably just showing off the new exotics released in Taken King, like the Sleeper Stimulant or the No Time To Explain. Hence the "reveal" part. It's probably gonna be a stream. The part where it says "discover in your future" probably means in TTK.

Sleeper stimulant basically is a railgun, but you have to find parts to build it. There isnt a flame thrower but i bet you would like that new sniper that blinds enemys on a precision hit (good for revivers in ToO)
