The bullet bounces off of your back, and the finger plants itself successfully into the assailant's jugular, letting out a spray of blood from the man's neck as he slumps out of the window.
You'll have to get the finger back after the race. If you survive, that is.

The wheels are blasted to bits, and the car slows out of the race.

I continue to speed ahead, getting in between two cars. I blast at the front wheel of the first car with my shoulder projector while using a grapple hand to fling the driver out of the second one.
