What happened with Saladin and shaxx? Why do they hate each other? I'm really curious about this

Saladin had a attack plan, but Shax saw a flaw in it. Instead of telling Saladin, he took all the troops under hiss command and fixed it, winning the battle. Saladin is mad because he was insubordinate

I'm pretty curious too. Maybe Shaxx defied an order of Saladin's that he saw as wrong and idiotic
