Dude Cabal are based on Roman Empire. They have an Emperor, they are from a high gravity world, they don't breathe the Martian air, (it was Terraformed by the traveler so we'll assume it's similar to earths atmosphere) The cabal are an extremely militaristic race and have a fondness for explosives that would make a Ruin-wing Titan blush.
