Well supposedly humans were pulled out from their home planet in another galaxy and put on couruscant by the celestials. Which probably means they come from earth. And if they come from earth and can be affected by the force, doesn't that mean that people in the halo Galaxy would also be affected?

That's not true, sorry. Humans originated on Coruscant, and the Ratakan Empire took some of them off world to become slaves. A few had already been sent out into space via sleeper ships, but it would take hundreds, or thousands, of years before they reach another planet. Though the Celestials were very capable of extragalactic travel, there is no evidence that they ever did so. Plus, every species to come outside of the Galaxy (the Yuuzhan Vong, Abinmor, etc) all existed outside the force.

Well than are the two humans like a different species?

Hasn't been explained

Well were never going to kno because Disney scrapped that storyline.
-
Most likely (;~;) That being said, I'm not sure exactly what Disney non-canonized, so they might still be canon
-
Supposedly everything except the movies and TV shows. Although that would mean that the celestials are technically canon because if the clone wars is canon that would make the ones canon.
