[b]Jack walks in and starts a Speed course.[/b]

[b]she ignores him[/b]

[b]He doesn't notice her and he starts the course.[/b]

[b]she runs the course before you can even start and she finishes it[/b]

[b]He sighs and shakes his head.[/b]

[b]she goes back to doing sit ups[/b]

[b]He starts it again and runs. While black fire surrounds his legs. [/b]

[b]she moves to a pull up bar[/b]

[b]The ground below him starts to collapse and wall drops from the ceiling. He sprints runs on the wall leaving a trail of black fire.[/b]

[b]she walks over and picks some weights up off of the rack[/b]

[b]A turret drops from the ceiling and starts firing at him. He draws his sword and deflects its bullets while keeping his speed. He jumps off the wall and cuts it down and when he lands fire burst all around him and expands out.[/b]

[b]she lifts some weights[/b]

[b]He shares his sword and sprints down towards the end with immense speed and more black fire appears on his legs. A guard appears right in front of the finish. He shoulder checks him with a sword in his chest finishing him. He finishes the course.[/b]

[i]23.42 seconds.[/i] [b]The computer says and Jack sighs. The black fire on his legs disperse.[/b]

[b]walks over to an open area and motions for you to walk over[/b]

[b]He walks over.[/b]

[b]she gets into a boxing stance[/b]

[b]He gets into a defensive stance.[/b]

[b]she waits silently[/b]

[b]In a flash he disappears with immense speed and sweeps at her feet.[/b]

[b]she disappears then reapears behind you and puts you in a head lock[/b]

[b]He remains calm gets out of your hold and flips you over him onto your back in front of him.[/b]

[b]she jumps up lunging towards you and hitting you in the chest with her feet[/b]
-
[b]He is sent sliding back but he still stands.[/b]
