If you have to look up peoples stats to dismiss their clearly truthful arguments, then you are bad and should feel bad.
The perk works well when trying sniper.

No, bad people use the head glitch because they're so bad at sniping that they get killed before they get the shot. So they had to find a way to glitch the game to give them the ten minutes they need to line up a headshot. I'm sorry you're so bad you need to head glitch to be a "decent" sniper :(
