Titans get yet another gabage exotic, and then everyone gets a shotgun which seems like it will be even more OP than Felwinter's. Typical.

You stupid leprechaun eat shit

Slug shotgun
you have to get a headshot with this shotgun to actually make it work. No multiple pellets.
Still, it sounds like it's going to be able to one-shot at extended range. That alone makes it insanely OP unless there is some mitigating factor. Getting a single headshot really isn't that hard, as two-shot kills are already really easy to land with The Last Word and Thorn. Unless they almost completely eliminate the aim assist to the point that it handles similar to a low aim-assist sniper rifle, it's going to be insanely broken.

If you saw the trailer it has a rather low fire rate.
dont miss or you're gonna eat shit.
Yeah, because balancing high range shotguns with low fire rate totally works... *cough*FelwintersMatadorPartyCrasher*cough*

Edited by Hamanune: 8/25/2015 7:29:01 PMWe can only speculate, and I understand how a slug works. The problem is that, if I am to understand the archetype Bungie is trying to create, is that it will have the capacity to one-shot at a longer range than even Felwinter's, while having all of the other traits of a shotgun (high aim assist, good handling). This effectively makes it a better handling No Land Beyond with more aim assist and better perks, considering the maps in Destiny almost entirely cater to close quarters engagements. Getting a headshot is, again, not difficult at all, particularly with a weapon which handles similarly to a shotgun.

Well either way don't complain until it kills you right? We don't know anything besides how it fires and its perks

I'm not complaining, I'm simply voicing my concerns about the future of the game. There's a very distinctive difference.
