I am thinking with all of the ways you will be able to use Glimmer in TTK (for rep by buying ammo synths etc) the Warlock piece will be useful but probably only for Glimmer farming. I like the exotic Titan helm and I think it will be of great use to us with new mechanics. Loving the shotgun as well. So far these Exotics are a bit under the perks we are used to currently, but I think that is why some exotics aren't coming forward. Taking guns that are too far out of the realm of balance so they can implement their own sense of balance. Not saying it is right, but I think this is why.
