Well I thought the Titan perk was bad but wait Bungie has shown they can do worse. Glimmer??? An exotic which helps with glimmer... Haha this is so sad it actually comical! I'm calling the next exotic. Hunter boots which increase agility when orbs are picked up.. Also increase heavy weapon ammo. That should be about in line with the other crap so far.
