It isn't based around it, that's an added bonus. What it is based around is the orb perk - picking up orbs with full super recharges your grenade and melee. This will be quite good in PvE for Sunsingers and Stormcallers. Sunsingers can hold on to their super in case of a wipe and still make use of their allies' orbs by throwing grenades, picking up orbs, throwing grenades, etc. Viking Funeral - Touch of Flame - Firebolt spam is pretty strong in PvE too and now they can do it off of other people's Supers. Stormcallers with the Wellspring perk will be able to use their Super after an ally does even if they just used their grenade and melee and still get the Wellspring benefit. It isn't designed for Voidwalkers and isn't for PvP (except maybe that stupid bubble team). It has a niche though and I think it will be pretty decent, at minimum, for Sunsingers and Wellspring Stormcallers.
