Well hunter melees are a bit lackluster than warlock melees. The warlock melee is raw killing power while the hunter has perks like invis with blink strike and benefits like ranged attacks with throwing knives.

I cannot tell you how many times I have been having a moment with a hunter, looking them directly in the eye, deep into their soul, only to be one shot...

there is a bug currently that allows backstab to proc while in front of someone. but the backstab talent still has to be active.

yeah... although from what I understand it doesn't happen very often, statistically that is.

than every hunter I come across is a mathematician, and has calculated his probability of a one shot-- and succeeded...

doubtful. I main hunter, and I have NEVER 1 shot people with backstab blink-strike from the front. ever. and whether you calculate the probability of something or not doesn't mean you control it happening.

I consider it a force push. but warlock melee range is 6 meters, and blink strike is 5.5 or something like that. so..... take that as you want

That's bungie's fault for not balancing melee attacks. This problem shouldn't carry over to exotics. Plus, why did they completely copy another exotic instead of being creative? And why does the titan keep getting horrible armor?

Because f*ck you That's why [spoiler]yeah these are not very creative I mean angel of light for titans and glimmer machine for warlocks? That's like the equivalent to the arachnid helmet. Looks cool but we all know it'll gather dust in our vault[/spoiler]

I'm not a fan of glimmer farming so that might actually be helpful........

But it doesn't really deserve it's own exotic I think. Something cool could've been 'your abilities cooldown faster if you have max glimmer' Creativity! Bungie should try it sometime

The other perk is more useful "picking up orbs of light recharges your melee over ride and grenades if your super is full" That's actually pretty good if your running specific perks on the new subclass or are using sunsinger.
