Not really. Imagine a group running thru the door and your jumping up behind the door aiming just floating and waiting. They don't know ur a titan, then fist of havoc from the air. If u are a good player and practice with it it will wreck in pvp. Just can't use it willy nilly.

Would prefer having skullfort on and having both regen shoulder charge with longer lasting pulse grenades(I play mostly control and iron banner so this is my favorite set up) I don't like being a sitting duck for enemy snipers and thats basically what you are when you using this perk. There are more effective exotics and I have all the current ones bar Sony exclusives. Armanantarian, Skullfort, Eternal Warriot, Helm of Saint 14, Peregian greaves, AC/DC Feedback fence, Ruin wings, and helm of inmost light are all great options with little to no drawback.
