I use it all the time. Taking down the sword bearer in Crota is simple as can be with a birds eye view. Whenever you are using heavies in close quarters suddenly gets that much easier. Angel of light is one of the more underrated perks in the game. Try using it sometime. Not to say I don't use double grenades too, it depends on the situation.
