The thing is that the titan helm isn't focused on melee or grenades so I see no problems

Alright, there are two perks on both exotics regardless of what the first one focuses on, the second perk on both exotics is identical with warlocks being superior, riddle me that please? While you are at it, explain to me how a warlock can have more armour than a titan with rem (or whatever you call it) helmet?

For your second question, chestpieces in destiny have always been like that. Also for your first question, it would make players use that helmet for a perk that isn't even related to that helmet. I don't even understand why that helmet has that perk in the first place
