Hold super in pve? What are you on? Even my sunsinger dont hold his super if I dont need to in pve. Orbs orbs orbs and orbs some more....hold super in pve...shake my dang head. Kids these days.
Supers are sat on in pvp until time is right. Not waste fist on one guy...smash whole team. These are pvp armors.
