Which Hunter melee is inconsistent? Throwing knives or Blink Strike? Can't be Blink Strike it has NEVER failed me. You know what does fail me all the time? Actually which NEVER seems to trigger correctly? The Titan Defender melee. Almost every single time I attempt yo use it the effect does not trigger until the 3rd or 4th attempt.
