I just think the exotics were below par in some areas and exotics should all be good, period. Nechrochasm is the biggest example of an exotic weapon being knowhere near what it should be..... They clearly had to come up with the PoE weapons last minute as the raid was kept back in the end. I'm not saying that all the gear from those DLC's are bad but some of them in particular are just plain awful.
