Any other class with Blink can only have it in one subclass. So don't put it in Striker.
Either way, an OP ability like that should be available on all 3 classes.
Whether it is nerfed or not.

Shoulder charge is OP and none of the other classes have it. If you want blink use a hunter or a warlock

Shoulder charge is not OP. Many a Titan dies trying to use it, whereas Blinkers are pretty much invincible the whole way through. try again.
