the other big ones like 1.1 and 1.2 (the dark below and HoW) came out a week or two before. remember collection engrams and the cryptarc not being about to decrypt them until HoW dropped? yea? because it came out before it was released. SO it stands to reason this will drop before so they can iron our bugs before TTK drops live ever other big up date they have done. If there was a date ut on it that would be awesome.
