well, the definition of the word exotic is "strikingly unusual or strange in effect or appearance" or " of a uniquely new or experimental nature" ..no where in the definition of the word does it say "should be good". I think they learned their lesson with the Gally, they made that weapon too OP where it got to the point that people were being kicked from groups if they didnt have one. doubt they want that to happen again.
