I agree, some of the nicest looking weapons I've seen were Rares, at least I mainly just care about armor though and my favorite Warlock armor was the original legendary Vendor gear, I had the Vanguard Chest piece and New Monarchy everything else, and I've never been as happy with my character as I was then as a 28, so bummed that I Dismantled it but I assumed I'd be finding better looking stuff later on... A foolish thing to do in retrospect, because every newer armor set they introduced looks progressively worse and more ridiculous than the last.
