Is the exotic kiosk based on Grimore unlocks or whats in the Vault when the game comes out?
Ex. I dismantled Truth but have Grimore for it. Will i still be able to pull the Exotic out the kiosk?

Neither, cause they said if you dismantled it you would still be able to get it and there are no exotic armor grimoire so they must have another way of keeping track.

Also if it is grimoire, how does that affect exotic armour I've dismantled seeing as you don't get cards for those? For example I sharded No Backup Plans but if they're gonna proc force barrier on shotgun kills I might want them back!

They said if you have dismantled it previously, you can pick it up from the kiosk. So, I'm guessing it's Grimore.
