On the last stream you mentioned level will be based off in Vault gear, all my in Vault gear is basic where as the gear on my characters is Maxed, will these be taken into the calculation?

They use your max level on any of the gear you own or wear to determine your level for TTK

Thx, so will lowered level, but still legendary stuff like raid gear (non levelled) or non levelled exotic /legendary weapons bring your base down?
