Lfg takes little time used it all the time when I first started out in December. Then I got a raiding group together who I play with today. Raids take team work at least vault of glass does (Crota you can solo pretty simple) and the need for communitcation(mics) is essential. Most people that go through match making don't use their mics. Exp: zombies in cod when you actually spoke with friends you could make it farther then randoms that don't talk. Another reason match making for raids is stupid. You will get the people that just stand there and go afk, With no way of booting them. People joining just to join and make life harder and on another note most of the time to find a good raiding group through match making will most likely take longer then lfg. 5 min vs an hour. I will never have to 1 about the because over these last few months. I have met many people who I can run raids with or any other activity. It helps that I'm good of course and can run relic/sword and every other hard mechanic in the raids lol.
