This is literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I finally talk to someone and they tell me they can't personally help me but I can email the nepalshaderhelp@bungie.net. They literally never answer me. I must've sent you 20 emails of pics of my shirt and me in the shirt. I can't comprehend why I don't have my shader and emblem yet. I know you want a pic of my receipt. But I don't have that. Nor should I need that when I provided you my damn email. It's getting really hard to hold my composure

  • Hi OzAnubis, You will have to email a copy or screenshot of the email confirming your initial Nepal Aid T-Shirt purchase that includes billing information, a list of any previously used email addresses, and the PSN/Xbox account associated with your Bungie.net profile to: nepalshaderhelp@bungie.net

    • Actually it is your responsibility to provide the receipt as it was their responsibility to give you one. If you input the wrong email, that will be on you. You must have paid with a credit card or something, ask if a credit card statement can substitute as proof of purchase.

      • Why should you not need proof of purchase?

      • I understand your frustration but all queries about the shader and emblem are only handled through that email address. And unfortunately without the email showing you bought the t/shirt, there's probably little they can do. Emailing pictures of the shirt does not prove that you bought the shirt yourself. This also does question why they cannot find a past order with the same email address but until they reply not much can be done. Can you not Find the email of your order?
