Actually, I'd vote that there are better exotics for everything in the game, making is point of this one being retarded stand.

That'd depend on your method of play, but if it doesn't fit with yours, then for you it is indeed true.

Nah I'm pretty sure this applies to everyone. I actually started a thread asking if anyone would ever equip it, and the best situation anyone could think of is that one fight in PoE where you take damage while touching the floor. Which is...sad...for an exotic. Bungie, says they play this game, so why can't they ask themselves if they would even use any of their own items?
