I have one and only point that I dont think has been entertained in much if any capacity: What if: The difference in power levels isnt substantial enough to completely exclude old armor? I think the weapons are a done story, less power= less damage = unused. But armor? Taking just a little more damage may be a small price to pay for using our left behind exotics like the armamentarium or the HoPF. Like, I wear maxed TTK armor and weapons except for that one piece I cant let go of. How large a power loss would it really be? 2-4%?
