How is the super kills stat calculated? Because I don't think ~12% of all super kills were with a defender bubble.

It's most likely when under the effects of a Ward Of Dawn. Crucible games give +15 support score when a teammate scores a kill while under its effects so I'd assume this works the same way.

Sometimes when you run a strike the post game screen will list super kills and if you're playing defender sometimes you'll have a number listed. My best guess is it's kills while under an effect of Ward of Dawn. For those of you unfamiliar with WoD's (bubble) effects they are Armor of Light - A regenerating overshield and possibly increased armor/defense while inside of the bubble Blessing of Light - ~8 second overshield whenever you touch the walls of the bubble Weapons of Light - ~8 second 25% increase to weapon damage whenever you thouch the walls of the bubble.

They died to the shock of the bubble appearing like "-blam!- a bubble. then a heart attack occurs"

Actually I can believe this...I watched some defenders this week literally average 3-4 kills per bubble because of how stupid some players are thinking they can challenge one v one in the bubble. I'd understand if it were three going in but Defenders on a the first kill generate an over shield then dispatch a second player. The third would have to finish him and that's if he can pull it off.

I do this thing where I shotgun the Titan in the back with my Matador 64 and then backstab him for 386 damage. Works every time. Either that or use your super. If I can't do either of those things for whatever reason, I just leave the bubble Titan alone.

I have one v 3 in a bubble and lived many times. Most of the time I go for suicide kills via grenade at my own feet in the center of the bubble and as many shotgun/melee combos as I can get before we all blow up or I die. Often I've just caught them off guard and killed them. Even more so I die and damage the bubble and hurt all of them so the next teammate gets the kills.
-
Yeah that's why I said if a defender knows how to use the bubble. If they pop one solo just time it right and you an kill with two shot shotgun. I do this usually, the slide with one or hec if they aren't facing you get em from behind always works.
-
See, I didn't know that. I've never played Titan so I don't know its abilities. I'm also just a filthy casual so I don't research tactics. I had no idea they got an overshield.
-
Yeah it's rare but if someone knows how to use a bubble it can be effective.
-
Maybe it counts kills while Weapons, Armor or Blessings of Light are active
-
You've never seen a void walker killed by his own deflected super
-
Id assume it means kills mid super. Like If i killed someone with a shotgun mid Radiance, it would count it
-
Probably kills while super is activated. Sunsingers can kill things with their primary and it will still count as a super kill, so I would imagine kills while the bubble is active would count towards this.
-
Killing people with radiance generates orbs, so it is part of the super. I don't know how else it would work though. Probably kills while the bubble is active.
