People making fun of this only because they don't have to pay extra, not even a bit of extra, converted to American dollars that's the price of a new game. I'm curious, is there anyone in the UK or Australia that actually thinks this is justified? Anyone?

I'm thinking the same, surely UK players can not be happy with this or the Australians
-
Converted to USD it's actually $67. Where I live I pay $63 for a new game in USD so at that price I could buy a new game and have $4 left over.

I was born and raised in America and I think it's wrong. I know I would be pissed if other countries paid less than I did for the same product, especially that much of a difference! It's not right at all!

The money they have over there is much more then here 40£ to them is like 80$ here

FXis 1.55 as of this morning. 39.99USD = 25.8£ 39.99£ = 61.98USD

Bungie can't even
-
they are paying more, but average salaries in the UK are higher too, so it balances itself out

Meh, not gonna cry over the sake of £7-8. Would it be nice if it was a straight exchange? Sure it would but obviously that ain't happening. Just take comfort in the fact that should you ever visit the states you can pretty much live like a king on what our currency is worth over there lol.
slight exaggeration but you get the point
I am from the states, but I can assure I'd be pissed, nah, displeased if i had to pay an extra 20 dollars with no clear reason provided. Even Bungie came forward and just said "deal with it pricks" I would say even that would be better than the silence they've been giving this topic.

Edited by BadgermanPrime: 8/27/2015 4:15:46 PMDispleased perhaps but the extent of complaining about it is getting somewhat ridiculous. As I said, by the time you factor in VAT you're talking £8 so basically a pack of smokes. It's really not a big deal
-
Not a big deal, agreement. I mean it would be great if Bungie addressed this, because not everyone is in mutual agreement with this not being a big deal.

Edited by BadgermanPrime: 8/27/2015 4:19:39 PMThis is true, I can't imagine it wouldn't hurt if they came out and gave some explanation. The issue there though is there's probably different factors affecting different countries. I also imagine regardless of the explanation people would still complain.
