I am from the states, but I can assure I'd be pissed, nah, displeased if i had to pay an extra 20 dollars with no clear reason provided. Even Bungie came forward and just said "deal with it pricks" I would say even that would be better than the silence they've been giving this topic.

Not a big deal, agreement. I mean it would be great if Bungie addressed this, because not everyone is in mutual agreement with this not being a big deal.

The issue there though is there's probably different factors affecting different countries. I also imagine regardless of the explanation people would still complain.
