Displeased perhaps but the extent of complaining about it is getting somewhat ridiculous. As I said, by the time you factor in VAT you're talking £8 so basically a pack of smokes.

Not a big deal, agreement. I mean it would be great if Bungie addressed this, because not everyone is in mutual agreement with this not being a big deal.

The issue there though is there's probably different factors affecting different countries. I also imagine regardless of the explanation people would still complain.
