lol no that would cost too much money for Activision. They had them in numerous U.S. states. Europe had UK and not sure about other regions.

Activision is a multi billion dollar company though.

True, though Activision shareholders only care about the $$$$$$$, will cut corners whenever necessary. The game should be running on 64 tickrate servers at the least, but this would increase server cost for Activision.
