What is your NAT type down the bottom right of screen on main menu?

That's your issue bro, needs to be on open for improved matchmaking, less BS moments. Log into your router, enable UPnP, turn off some firewalls. Enabling UPnP should fix your NAT type. if it doesn't you will need to try portforward.com

Cool, you should be good to go now. I believe treyarch only check your connection every few hours, when you boot up the game.
