Of course it occurred to me. My point still applies does it not?
This isn't a contest of who is harder to combat. It's a comparison of ease of use. Fusions and firebolt require no aim, and flame shield triggers on hit. Hence, why these abilities carry them.
That's my opinion though, any questions?

Many grenades require no aim. Every class has access to sticky nades. Lightning and arcbolt grenades require just as much aim as firebolt. Lightning grenades are more likely to net you kills as they last longer on the field and often surprise people making them a much stronger choice. The argument I made about Sunsinger nades being up there is because their super allows them to be spammed but you disregard that and interpret it as ease of use when it's just as easy an other grenades.

Class wise, I'd agree. But across subclasses, you can throw any bolt grenade around a corner, and it'll do the work for you. At least other grenades take an extra mental hoop to jump through when it comes to predicting where a target is, and either positioning it on a wall or bouncing it around a corner. It's not much, but its better than burning someone you could even see to finish off a defenceless target you can see through walls. Or even peeking, throwing a grenade, running, and letting the tracking land a stick. That's not debatable imo
