I can understand where you are coming from. I'll just add one point to your post.
When in the U.S I pay $2.00 or less for a bottle of water if I'm out shopping and I'm thirsty. When I visited London about 8years ago, I stopped and bought a a bottle of water when I wasn't convenient to the hotel. When I calculated the conversion rate it was just under $10. Things cost more when converting the weak dollar In to pounds. It goes both ways. You all also make more money when converting to dollars per hour etc.....Can't compare your costs to ours unless you take into account pay vs. pay and cost vs cost etc.
But that said even paying $40 is pretty steep for a DLC. I bought it and look forward to it but that's my choice. Good luck to you hopefully you either find something a lot cheaper to pay or prices are lowered for my gamers in the UK. :)

London is a theme park for foreigners that's why the prices are so high. No British people actually live there apart from the Queen. ;D

Thanks Even in the UK £40 is a lot for dlc, 27 would be a lot also.

Dude lol ur dumb. Taxes and pretty much everything in England is more expensive then in America, so no, it shouldn't be this expensive, and if anything, they Should have at least TRIED to balance the prices.

Did you just say you bought bottled water for 10$. I don't what country you were in! It sure wasn't anywhere in the uk

I sure did. Conversion rates suck from the dollar to pounds...Had a migraine starting and wanted to take something to cut it off. If you ever experienced a migraine you would too. And yes it was on the outskirts of London about 7-8 years ago.
