Best scout rifle?
What do you consider the best scout rifle in the game? If it's rerollable what are the best perk combo? Does it work in pve, pvp or both?
EDIT: I made this before ttk and I still see it appear in the recents. Good to see there's a lot of variety in opinions

Tlaloc with your super charged reminds me of a heavier hitting Mida Multitool. I may look into the vanguard scout with reactive reload and crowd control as well

SUROS did 43 with outlaw roll(third choice from gunsmith), hung jury, last extremity, touch of malice, and by no means any Hakke scout, if they even have them

3 RepliesDoubt it is the best in the game, but the best one I've found so far is my Omolon Tuonela SR4. Got it as a package reward from Banshee, and it is just so well balanced, apart from a small capacity (13 rounds). Did get Firefly on it, though. It is fun to see it take out mobs when you just pop one of their heads off.

Tlalac is by far the best IMO. Although it requires a different play style because it is pretty average without the overflow perk. When I use a non warlock specific scout I prefer the Jade rabbit in pvp and pve. It feels like a pocket sniper. Also, the fate of all fools perk is pretty amazing. When I use a legondary scout, I use "last extremity." It has similar stats as the jade rabbit just without the FOAF perk. The high ROF low impact weapons just feel weak to me against tier 2 and above enemies. But, I feel it is more up to personal preference.
