Best scout rifle?
What do you consider the best scout rifle in the game? If it's rerollable what are the best perk combo? Does it work in pve, pvp or both?
EDIT: I made this before ttk and I still see it appear in the recents. Good to see there's a lot of variety in opinions

3 RepliesNL Shadow 701X is good for PvE descent to bad for PvP. Full Auto, Reinforced Barrel, and Outlaw it's like a mini Suros Regime.
