In Australia, Disc version of LE is $79 in stores and digital version $99.95 on the PSN...anyone care to explain???

Well completely true with the govt being -blam!-ed up, but that actually has nothing to do with import duties on digital content...there isn't any, Bungievision are screwing their year 1 guardians.
