Maturity isn't determined by a number.
Some preteens I've played with had an exceptional team dynamic and made the Strike fun and engaging for the three of us, all the while remaining decent. On the other hand, I've played with fellow thirtysomethings that could've done with a little more focus and no mic access. The energy you spend raging is energy that's not going to battlefield adaptability.
Always assume that you're playing with a mature individual. If you're proven wrong, there isn't much you can do about it. If said idiot does something stupid and later blames it on the game, then blame the parents or caregivers for not teaching him or her the basics of fiction and what constitutes acceptable behavior.
This kind of reactionary post reminds me of the Hatred debacle. All that hubbub over a sub-par twin-stick shooter...
