Thanks for the stats, but this proves nothing. What I gathered from your post was that you were trying to prove that Hunters are overpowered.
They aren't. And you actually debunked that myth yourself by detailing contrary data between the "Most Kills" section and "Best K/D" section. So hunters have the highest K/Ds, the most kills, and the most top players? Hmmm. No wonder the BEST players with the BEST K/Ds have the MOST kills... What did you actually expect to prove from showing those statistics? The only thing this post proves is that an EXTREMELY SLIGHT majority of people that play Destiny favor hunters. And why that is, we don't know. Probably because in an FPS game with PvP, you would want to pick a class named "Hunter".
The only things in Destiny that are overpowered are Thorn, Gjallarhorn, The Last Word, shotgun range, and the warlock flame-overshield melee attack.
This is coming from somebody who has been playing FPS games competitively for nearly a decade, and has one of every character at max level. As much as it will pain a lot of you to hear this, Destiny is actually a very well balanced game, with a basic rock/paper/scissors dynamic going on between the classes. If you aren't doing good in the crucible it's because you aren't good at PvP... It has nothing to do with one class being more OP than another.

Super bump, I believe that the game is balanced class wise, I've always thought of it being a rock, paper, scissors dynamic, people think I'm crazy! I will say though, the weapons is what we should be worrying about.

Flawed argument. Using your logic, all of the best players happen to like using exotic handcannons rather than all of the best players using exotic handcannons because they are the best weapons and they want to utilize the best tools at their disposal. Hunters aren't absurdly OP in their current state, but they are obviously the overall best class for PvP, even if it's by a narrow margin. Regardless, all OP was doing was dismissing the view that Titans are OP (which is hilarious that anyone would even have such a view in the first place.)

Listen I'm not trying to start anything but he is right. Hunters super in my opinion are OP, when I first started playing Destiny I hated Hunter but now to me it's blink. Hunter first of all have a one shot gun that can hit you across the map. SURE whatever they're easy to kill but if you're not close range with a shotgun you're going to die and only someone that sucks at PvP would go in close fire fights areas. As you can read from the post most player who are good at this game are hunter. SECONDLY they have a bladedancers who are very good at close range fire fights, who are also harder to kill because of health, speed, and blink. They also have area swipe grenades which can kill a lot easier then Lightning grenades or magnetic grenades. They have two specials that are opposite of each other which means they can adjust to most maps in PvP. Now moving on to Titans (that's me). I will admit when Destiny FIRST came out shoulder charge was OP but now that everyone has God's -blam!-ing shotgun it's harder to shoulder charge someone. Our special is good and I love it but it's nowhere near OP. Sure we can use Unstoppable and practically never die when we use our Fist of Havoc but it can't kill the whole team as easy as a bladedancer can. Also Defender subclass is not all that is PvP, when I see a bubble I Fist of Havoc it, just like everyone else they use there special on it. The only thing useful out of the Defender class are the magnetic grenades.

I think you completely missed the point of the original post here. He was trying to show that Hunters are not under powered and the fact that no one class is over powered. He made a very good post, perhaps you should re-read it.

You completely missed my point, so I'm not gonna bother replying to the rest (since you built it all around a misconception). No, the goal of the topic is to prove that Hunters [i]ARE NOT[/i] [u]UNDERPOWERED[/u], and that Titans [i]ARE NOT [/i][b]OVERPOWERED[/b].

Ah, great, then we agree! Although I've never heard of anybody complaining that the Hunter subclass is underpowered. And jeez, Titans OP? LOL. Most of this is not measurable anyway, so I still stick to my original reply in saying this proves nothing. Because really, how can you say an apple is better than an orange?
