No, I wouldn't be happy to pay $63, but I've put enough hours into destiny that I would. Because I enjoy it and want to play more. Comparing what you pay, to what someone else pays in a different country is pointless, unless it's something you can order online from that country to get it cheaper. If you were happy enough with the season pass, ttk looks to be better than what we got there, for about the same price. If it's not worth the price to you, than of course, don't buy it. There will likely be other bundles with future Dlc where you can save money. Personally, I'd get extremely bored without buying the expansions as they come out, so I just look at it like it's a cheap subscription that I buy in 3ish month increments.
