When it comes to Scouts, I honestly think that there is no "...one to rule them all.." People say that the VoC is the best, but it can be beat by other Scouts. I wouldn't feel any pressure towards using one over the others, just find one you personally like and get gud with it.

100% agree. I think scouts are THE most ballanced weapon in the game. (Within the scout class I mean)
