I'm still not sure how that was offensive though. For the record, I am not telling anyone what they should or shouldn't do. I don't think the link provided by the op gives enough context for me to be able to make a sound judgement either for or against.

Hmmm, I don't even see a resemblance between the person in the picture and Ms. Jenner. I wouldn't have gotten the joke anyway.

There is no resemblance. He's just being an ass hole and using the picture to take make a cheap remark at her transition.
