I'm not saying you are. It's just that most, not all, of the people you described are about to hit the year one mark. So it would basically be a a couple weeks of relative peace before it all falls to shit again.

Well, not exactly. If someone ended up getting banned, they couldn't circumvent the ban like they can now. And considering the fact that most of the alts that would be a year old were google accounts and have since been removed.
