I dont even understand how the word transphobic came into play here. He isnt showing any sign of fear of transgender people.
That isnt even discrimination..
It just looks like a joke to me. He even said "her".

Yeah all he said was "she let herself go" I fail to see any discrimination. Honestly this person is just trying to make themselves seem better than everyone else by "defending" Caitlyn Jenner.
