If anything the Hunters class's are way under powered in PVE, but I always felt that was the class thing, the Titans striker is under powered in PVE, can't even kill a Yellow bar, same with Warlocks, And the Bubble is amazing with Iron Harvest, along with the Sun Singers Burn.
So if anything PVE is where the hunter's fail, and PVP is amazing for hunters.
