It does compared to the high aim assist snipers. >low rate of fire=no room for mistakes >low aim assist=carefully aiming to get a shot on point.

...... Are you serious? You don't need to aim or try that hard with Final round. Unless you are absolutely terrible you are guaranteed one kill per magazine. If it doesn't have final round I agree with you.

He doesn't have one. I do but I don't pump rounds into the ground to use it. Often times I choke whenever I try to get a kill with it anyway
